Murder Princess: The Complete Series Review
Even though the series is only six episodes it's still very entertaining with a nice mix of action, drama, blood, and suspense for most fans to get their fill of what they like to watch. The characters are also very entertaining to see with the skilled fighter bounty hunter female who after a mishap with a naive fleeing princess finds herself in a rather dubious situation as she and the princess's minds have switched bodies and now finds herself stuck in the predicament that caused the princess to flee in the first place. The animation and soundtrack match each other nicely and if you've seen the series Black Lagoon you might just see a little bit of the character of Revy and the series bounty hunter(Though a little water downed). The voice cast for both the Japanese actors/actresses and the English actors/actresses were a perfect pick for their character roles and while the extras aren't anything to cheer about for the price it's very acceptable. So if you're a fan of action animes or just looking for a good series to watch here's a great one to choose even though it might just be six episodes still a great dvd to have for anyone's anime collection....

Murder Princess killer fun! - AK 89 -
This was an awesome series to say the least! I loved all the action scenes. The animation is beautifully done and the art is fantastic.The story is really great and the makers had quite enough to go for a full season.... instead of the 6 episodes you are given. I really loved the series, all 6 episodes were very well done, however, I would have like to see this show extended. who knows, it might happen. But as it is, Murder Princess has memorable characters and great scenes. So until a full season is made, I recommend purchasing Murder Princess.

I'm not one for a lot of detail, so I'll just tell you that I found it very enjoyable, and well written, I would definitely recommend it!

While short, this series is good. It incorporates a lot of "generic" anime (and legendary/fairy tale) staples in a unique and interesting way. Story line is good and character development is more than adequate for so short of a series. This might be a little bloody for kids, but lacks the constant "fan service" so I'd watch first and judge for yourself. All I can say is that I enjoyed it, but not likely to end up on my "top 10 list". Definitely on my "worth watching list" however.
